NorthEast United FC and Kerala Blasters FC drew 0-0 in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 match at the Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Fatorda on Thursday. Both the teams lost their opening match in similar margins.
Defensive approach of both the teams eventually made the contest a goalless draw.
However, Kerala Blasters FC will be feeling that they missed out on three points as they were the better side, especially in the second half.
Hernan Santana has been chosen for the Hero of the Match Award.
Kerala Blasters next face Bengaluru FC while NorthEast United will play Chennaiyin FC. In next match, FC Goa will face Jamshedpur FC. Meanwhile, SC East Bengal will next play against ATK Mohun Bagan, the famous Kolkata Derby, on November 27, Saturday.
