Odisha FC defeated Hyderabad FC 3-1 in Hero ISL 2022-23 match at Bhubaneshwar

Odisha FC showed a dominating performance to beat Hyderabad FC 3-1 in Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 match at Kalinga Stadium in Bhubaneshwar on Friday.

The victory puts the Kalinga Warriors back on to the track for the playoffs, as they now leapfrog Bengaluru FC to sixth place in the standings.

However, for the Nizams’, it will be disappointing performance, as the loss means they are almost out of the race for the Shield win as Mumbai City FC can clinch it with a victory over FC Goa on Saturday.

For Odisha FC, Isak Vanlalruatfela in 33′, Diego Mauricio in 90 ‘scored the goals, while Nim Dorjee scored an OG in 73’.

Nim Dorjee scored back one for Hyderabad FC in 45′.

Isak Vanlalruatfela won the Hero of the Match Award.

Next, on 11th February, FC Goa will take on Mumbai City FC.
