Odisha FC defeated NorthEast United FC 2-1 in Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 match at Kalinga Stadium, Bhubaneswar. This loss means NEUFC now go 8 straight games without a win. They are yet to open their account.

On the other hand, Odisha FC climbed to second place with 18 points from 8 matches.

For Odisha FC, Nandhakumar Sekar scored in 24′ while Jerry Mawihmingthanga scored in 77′. For NorthEast United FC, Rochharzela equalized in 60′.

Saul Crespo won the Hero of the Match Award.

Next on Saturday, December 3, Chennaiyin FC will face Hyderabad FC while Bengaluru FC will take on ATK Mohun Bagan.
