Punjab FC defeated Hyderabad FC 2-0 in Indian Super League (ISL) 2024-25 at Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in New Delhi on Wednesday.
The win took Punjab FC on to the top of points table with 9 points from three matches.
Ezequiel Vidal in 35’ and Filip Mrzljak in 71’ scored the goals for Punjab FC.
Filip Mrzljak of Punjab FC was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
Next, Punjab FC will travel to face Bengaluru FC on October 18, whereas Hyderabad FC will host Chennaiyin FC on October 1.
