SC East Bengal appointed former Real Madrid Castilla coach Manuel ‘Manolo’ Diaz as head coach for upcoming Indian Super League (ISL). After parting way with Robbie Fowler, SC East Bengal management released another announcement in social media handle where they mentioned about Manuel ‘Manolo’ Diaz appointment.
The Spanish Coach on his appointment said that he love pressure and expectations that comes with coaching a big club.
He said “In Madrid, we say ‘winning is in our DNA’. “Time is short and there is a long and difficult road ahead, but we will do our best to deliver good performances for all SC East Bengal fans.”
