SC East Bengal is all set to start their Pre-season camp from 1st of October. Sources informed that Coach Manuel Manolo Diaz will reach India on September 24th or 25th.
The deadlock between Shree Cement and Club officials got sorted on 25th August. At that point of time Red & Gold fans across the world was a bit worried with only 7 days left for transfer window to close, how the team will get constructed.
However, SC East Bengal management had some different plan on their mind. In such a crisis situation, with proper strategic planning, SC East Bengal recruited 21 young & promising Indian players in just three days.
After the basic work, they recruited experienced coach Manuel Manolo Diaz. Next they started recruiting promising foreigners like Daniel Chima Chukwu, Franjo Prce, Tomislav Mrcela, Amir Dervisevic and Darren Sidoel.
With the team building is done, planned for the start of pre-season camp from 1st October. Overall in less than a month everything is ready for SC East Bengal. However, time will say as how much output we will get from this strategic planning, but at present situation we all should appreciate the speed of SC East Bengal management.
