SC East Bengal is all set to restart their quarantine period again. Earlier the Red & Gold Brigade’s den was at Villagio Resort near Colva Beach at South Goa.
However, one of the resort staff broke the quarantine rules as per ISL guidelines, hence the entire SC East Bengal Team’s quarantine period got wasted.
Hence the team started their full fledged practice with the management got busy to find the alternative destination.
Finally the team is shifting their base in this week. So the entire team will have to follow the mandatory quarantine rule of eight days again. Hence the team’s practice will be off temporarily.
However, Manuel Manolo Diaz is not at all worried about new quarantine episode. Coach said that the team has practiced well and had played three friendlies. Final selection of the squad is also done. During the quarantine the entire team will concentrate on fitness training. Post quarantine, the team will get another three weeks for practice before starting the Indian Super League Campaign.
