SC East Bengal’s defender Tomislav Mrcela is very positive about the progress of the team in pre-season. While interacting with SC East Bengal Media Team, he said that among the two friendly they had played, the second game was better compare to the first match and the third match will also be much better as he feels that as a team they can improve every day.
While asked about the friendly against I-League Champions Gokulam Kerala FC he said “I think it’s very good that we are playing the best team in the I-League.”
“They won the league last time so I think they will come hard at us. We already played two games. The second game was much better than the first one. I hope we can improve on our last performance and get better every day.”
When asked about the team’s preparations, Mrcela said: “So far, it has been great. We don’t have any major injury concern which is the most important thing in pre-season.”
“We have a long way to go before our first match of the season. We have a lot of time to get ready for the ISL. We are working hard. We are enjoying and getting along everyday more and more.”
