SC East Bengal finished their miserable season in Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 with a 0-1 loss to Bengaluru FC. East Bengal’s disappointments compounded as it finished at the bottom (11th spot) of the standings with 11 points earned from just one win and eight draws.

On the other hand, the win helped Bengaluru FC end the season on the sixth spot with 29 points after eight wins and five draws.

Sunil Chhetri scored the all-important goal in 24′.

Lara Sharma won the Hero of the Match Award.
