West Bengal defeated Delhi 1-0 to progress to the final of Jr Boys’ NFC for 2024 BC Roy Trophy Jr Boys’ NFC for 2024 BC Roy Trophy at the Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama Ground on Saturday.
Subhodip Sardar scored the all-important goal for West Bengal in 25′.
Earlier, West Bengal with a all win record finished on top in Group D. They defeated Tamil Nadu 6-2, Kerala 2-0 and host Chhattisgarh 1-0.
West Bengal will meet Odisha in the final on Monday.
This will be the 27th appearance in final for West Bengal. Earlier, they had won the trophy 18 times and finished runners-up 8 times.
