West Bengal defeated Himachal Pradesh 4-0 in their final Round opener of Hero Senior Women’s National Football Championship 2022-23 at GNDU Main Ground on Friday.
For West Bengal, Rimpa Haldar, who had a fantastic season with East Bengal FC, scored a brace while Barnali Karar and Mousumi Murmu scored a goal each.
Rimpa Halder was adjudged Player of the Match.
West Bengal will next face Manipur on June 18 at Guru Nanak Stadium.
