West Bengal lost to Haryana in semi-final of 28th Senior Women’s National Football Championship for Rajmata Jijabai Trophy at Kishore Bharati Krirangan, Kolkata.
Haryana defeated West Bengal by 4-3 on penalties after a goalless 120 minutes.
Earlier, in Group A, West Bengal defeated Punjab 7-1, Delhi 2-0, Railways 3-1, played a 0-0 draw with Chandigarh and lost to Tamil Nadu 4-0 to qualify as the second best team behind Tamil Nadu in semi-finals.
