India lost to Hong Kong in stoppage time penalty in Group C of the AFC Asian Cup Saudi Arabia 2027 Qualifiers Final Round at the Kai Tak Stadium on Tuesday.
Stefan Pereira scored from penalty in 90+4′ for the hosts. It was a heart-breaking loss for India, ranked 127th against host Hong Kong, ranked 153rd in front of 42,570 audiences.
