ATK Mohun Bagan defeated Bengaluru FC 4-3 on penalties to lift the Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 title at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium in Goa on Saturday. In a game that ended 2-2 in regulation time.

Both teams displayed positive attacking football. For ATK Mohun Bagan, Dimitri Petratos scored a brace from penalty in 14′ and in 85′, while for Bengaluru FC, Sunil Chhetri scored from penalty in 45′ and Roy Krishna scored in 78′.

Dimitri Petratos won the Hero of the Match Award.

Vishal Kaith for his brilliant performances between the posts won Golden Glove Award. Diego Mauricio wins the Golden Boot Award for being the leading goal scorer of the season. The ISL Emerging Player of the Year Award goes to Siva Narayanan. Lallianzuala Chhangte wins the Hero of the League Award for his exceptional performance throughout the season.
