Bengaluru FC end Kerala Blasters FC’s 10-game unbeaten run and break into the top-four for the first time this season with a 1-0 win in the Indian Super League (ISL) 2021-22 at the Tilak Maidan Stadium on Sunday.

After a barren first-half, Roshan scored a sumptuous free kick in the 56’ to break the deadlock.

The win took Bengaluru FC to the fourth position having 20 points from 14 games while Kerala remained in third place with 20 points from 12 matches. They lost for the first time since their first game of the season.

Roshan Naorem won the Hero of the Match Award.

In the next match, NorthEast United FC and Hyderabad FC will lock horn on Monday, January 31. Meanwhile, SC East Bengal will face Chennaiyin FC in their next at the Tilak Maidan Stadium on Wednesday.
