The East Bengal – Emami agreement process is progressing at a fast pace. The NOC was given by the club last Tuesday for the formation of the new company. The process of formation of new company has also started. A new company going to be formed as ‘Emami East Bengal FC Private Limited’.
An application has also been made to form a company under this name. The officials of both sides are hoping that the work will proceed at a faster pace this time.
Emami’s director, Aditya Agarwal, at present is out of India. Once he returns everything will be finalized.
According to sources, the East Bengal officials held a one-on-one meeting with Emami Group on Thursday. The Red & Gold officials discussed about the fast procedure of agreement and formation of team for Kolkata League and Durand Cup.
