East Bengal FC defeated Mohammedan SC 16-3 in AIFF Sub Junior League 2023-24 at Naihati Bankimanjali Stadium on March 23, Saturday.
For East Bengal FC, Raktim Roy and Sisir Sarkar scored 5 goals each, Abhra Dey and Ranajit Ghosh scored 2 goals each, while, Dipak Mondal and Saptadeep Das scored 1 goal each.
For Mohammedan SC, Srijon Mondal scored a brace while Sk Abdul Wahid scored the other goal.
In first leg, East Bengal FC defeated Bengal Football Academy 3-2, Bidhannagar Municipal Sports Academy 4-3, Mohun Bagan SG 2-0 and United SC 3-2.
In second leg, East Bengal FC Played 5-5 Draw with Mohun Bagan SG, defeated Bengal Football Academy 5-2.
The Sub Junior Red & Gold Brigades are leading the table with 19 points from seven matches.
East Bengal FC will next face United SC at Naihati Bankimanjali Stadium on March 27.
