For East Bengal FC U17, Ajay Sahani scored a hat-trick, while Raktim Jana, Gurnaj SG, Kartik Hansda, Dipu Sardar scored a goal each. Ajay Sahani was adjudged Player of the Match.

Participating teams will play Regional Round Phase. Spanning across six cities — Mumbai, Delhi, Shillong, Kolkata, Bengaluru, and Goa — the Regional Round Phase is scheduled from April 1 to April 18. The top eight teams will advance to the national final slated for May 2024 in Mumbai.
