We accumulated EBRP Fans survey results after the first five matches of Indian Super League. It did throw us some points to think about. Sankar Roy came out as winners, however he only featured in one match, against Jamshedpur FC. So we have to take him out of consideration while working on the data.
Another good pointer came out of this EBRP Fans survey was Loken Metei, he played only one match and have a rating of 6.53. Similarly Fox’s ratings was severely hampered due to his early injury in the second match. His rating for the first match was 6.6. That compels us to ponder about one thing, what could have been if Metei and Fox was available for the whole set along with Sankar Roy. May be may be we could have salvage few points here and there.

We also tried to do an extrapolation from EBRP Fans survey rating to understand the mood of the fans for every match. Unsurprisingly the best match of the season so far was against Jamshedpur with ATK Mohun Bagan coming as second.
MoM for each Match
Also we identified the individual MoM for each match based on EBRP Fans survey ratings, The results are below,
1. ATK Mohun Bagan : Anthony Piklington — 7.49
2. MUFC: Debjit Majumdar — 6.02
3. NeuFC: Sehnaj Singh — 7.5
4. Jamshedpur FC: Mohammed Irshad — 8.71
5. Hyderabad FC: Jacques Maghoma — 6.85
Irshad also scored the highest point so far in a single match with 8.71. With lowest being Balwant Singh, who scored a 0 against NeuFC.
Best Indian Performer
Among the Indian players, The top performer is Debjit aka Save-jit Majumder.
Best Player on the Pitch
Now coming to most important question so who is the best player on the pitch after the first five matches based on EBRP Fans survey ratings. It is Matti Steinman edging past Anthony Piklington by .02. That was close!!
If anything that show Steinman’s consistency as he has never bagged the pole position in any of the matches but still came on top after five matches.
