Kerala Blasters played a goalless draw with Jamshedpur FC in the 73rd Indian Super League (ISL) 2020-21 match at GMC Stadium Bambolim.
Jamshedpur dominated the opening quarter, however, Kerala were the better team and created more chances than Jamshedpur throughout the match. Kerala Blasters was denied thrice in the space of five minutes towards the end of the first half as Gary Hooper, Jordan Murray and Lalthathanga Khawlhring hit the crossbar. In the Second half Kerala Blasters created more chances but failed to convert into goal. At the end Jamshedpur FC was lucky to have got a point from the match whereas Kerala Blasters will be disappointed as their luck denied their fourth win of the season.
The DHL Winning Pass of the Match Award was bagged by Sandeep Singh. The Hero of the Match Award was awarded to Sahal Abdul Samad.
In the next match Hyderabad FC take on Bengaluru FC . SC East Bengal will lock horn with FC Goa on 29th January. ATK Mohun Bagan will play against Kerala Blasters on Sunday, 31st January.
