Odisha FC played a 2-2 draw with Kerala Blasters FC in the 90th match of Indian Super League (ISL) 2020-21 at Fatorda Stadium.
Kerala Blasters dominated the first 45 minutes, but Diego Mauricio scored in 45’ to give Odisha FC the lead. The Blasters started the second half in same pace and equalized through Jordan Murray in 52’. Gary Hooper gave Kerala Blasters the lead in 68’ but Diego Mauricio leveled for The Kalinga Warriors in 74’. Kerala Blasters will regret for their continuous missed chances in the match. Overall they had attempted 29 shots but still settled for one point. Towards the end, Albino Gomes denied Bradden Inman and Arshdeep Singh denied Costa Nhamoinesu as the scoreline remained level.
DHL Winning Pass of the Match Award was bagged by Sahal Abdul Samad. Diego Mauricio won the Hero of the Match Award.
In the next match SC East Bengal will face Hyderabad FC. ATK Mohun Bagan will face Jamshedpur FC on 14th February.
