Parthib Gogoi in 32’ and an OG by Alex Saji in 51′ gave NorthEast United FC the lead, while Makhan Chothe in 70’ and Joao Victor in 76’ equalized for Hyderabad FC.
Makhan Chothe was adjudged Key Performer of the Match.
NorthEast United FC stayed at eighth place with 20 points from 17 matches, while Hyderabad FC remained at bottom with 5 points.
Hyderabad FC will next face Chennaiyin FC on March 9 whereas NorthEast United FC will face Punjab FC on March 7.
