Odisha FC back into the playoff spot connection of the Hero Indian Super League (ISL) 2022-23 after a resounding 3-1 win against NorthEast United FC at the Indira Gandhi Athletic Stadium on Friday.

Nandhakumar Sekar in 36′, Victor Rodriguez in 65′ and Diego Mauricio in 84′ (P) scored the goals for Odisha FC. Wilmar Gil pulled back one for NorthEast United FC in 90′ through penalty.

The win took Odisha FC to 5th place with 30 points and edges closer to playoffs spot.

Saul Crespo won the Hero of the Match Award.
