East Bengal FC produced a dominant performance in the Calcutta Football League (CFL) 2026-27, defeating Mamoni Pathachakra 5-1 at the East Bengal Ground on Tuesday.
Akash Hembram opened the scoring in the 5′ and completed his brace in the 62′. Uttam Hansda also struck twice, scoring in the 21′ deep into first-half stoppage time (45+5′). Mohammed Bilal completed the rout with a late goal in the 88′.
The result highlights the impressive form of East Bengal FC’s Reserve Team, which had earlier secured victories over George Telegraph SC (3-0), Bidhannagar MSA (5-1), and Railway FC (1-0).
