India lost to Japan 3-0 in AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup 2026 in Group B at the Suzhou Taihu Football Sports Centre Pitch 4 in China on Tuesday.
Yuzuha Ikeda (76’, 81’) scored a brace while Yumi Hayashi (59’) scored the other goal.
The Young Tigresses will play their final Group B match against Lebanon on May 8. A win will ensure them a knockout berth. Earlier, India lost to Australia 2-0.
