The India U17 women’s national team concluded their Uzbekistan tour with another goalless draw, playing out a 0-0 stalemate against the hosts at the UFA National Football Centre in Tashkent on Sunday, August 30, 2026.
The Young Tigresses had also been held to a 0-0 draw by Uzbekistan in their opening friendly on Thursday, making it two successive scoreless encounters between the two sides.
India will now return to Goa, where they will continue their preparations with two more international friendlies against the Philippines on September 26 and 29.
The Young Tigresses will then travel to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, for the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup China 2027 Qualifiers, scheduled to be played from October 5 to 11.
