Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of We Are East Bengal The Real Power Fans Association will be held on Sunday, 12th July 2026, at the Association’s Registered Office, to consider and, where deemed appropriate, approve the matters set forth in the agenda below.

AGENDA
- Presentation and Adoption of Accounts
Presentation and adoption of the Income & Expenditure Statement for the period under review. - Election and Ratification of Executive Committee
Election and ratification of the new Executive Committee in accordance with the provisions of the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws. - Performance Review
Assessment of key initiatives, activities, and milestones achieved during the previous term. - Strategic Planning
Discussion on the Association’s roadmap, growth objectives, and mission-critical projects for the forthcoming year. - Any Other Matter
Any other matter with the permission of the Chair.
NOTES TO MEMBERS

Members intending to attend the AGM are requested to confirm their participation by 5th July 2026 either by email at info@ebrp.in or via WhatsApp at +91 98311 84844. - Proxy Authorization
Any member unable to attend the AGM in person may appoint another member as his/her proxy by submitting a written authorization to the Secretary no later than 5th July 2026, subject to the provisions of the Association’s Constitution and Bylaws. Such authorization must be submitted via email to info@ebrp.in. - Submission of Matters
Members wishing to place any matter before the AGM are requested to submit the same in writing to the Secretary on or before 5th July 2026 via email at info@ebrp.in. - Virtual Participation
Members who are unable to attend physically may participate virtually through an online platform. The meeting link and joining instructions shall be circulated separately prior to the AGM.
All members are requested to attend and actively participate in the proceedings of the Annual General Meeting.
